Our practice

Intellexis is a private firm providing full professional services in trademarks, industrial designs and patents, our activity being based according to the Romanian Gov. Decision no. 66/2000 for the layout and practicing of the industrial property attorney profession.

We are a team of authorized trademark, industrial design and patent attorneys, members of the Romanian Chamber of Industrial Property Attorneys, registered in the National Register of Industrial Property Attorneys, as well as in the European Register of Trademark and Design Attorneys.

Intellexis is an associate member of INTA (International Trademark Association).

Our mission

Intellexis represents the materialization of a bold project, meant to meet the need of the current Romanian economical context for professionalism, creativity and dynamism as far as the professional approach of intellectual property matters is concerned.

One of our goals is to cultivate the importance of property over the intellectual creation in society, as one of the basic rights which define and limit the relations between companies and encourage the competition and challenge laying the foundation of market economy

Our main mission is to offer a new professional environment, within which to combine in a constructive manner the need for protection coming from the owners of intellectual property rights and highly professional services to answer this need.

We offer our clients a dynamic and interactive collaboration, based on permanent communication, which to facilitate an accurate and on the whole understanding of their intellectual property rights, as well as the legal context with respect to the registration and enforcement thereof.

We are able to insure a complex analysis of the matters, leading to an optimal evaluation of the chances of success and the corresponding legal actions to be undertaken within the administrative proceedings regarding the registration and enforcement of trademark, industrial design rights and patents.
