IP disputes and conflicts may involve significant amounts of a variety of resources. As such, whenever feasible, the option of amiably settling before litigation is advisable and then we work in close communication with our clients to best protect their interests in negotiations with third parties.
Otherwise, we frequently represent our clients in opposition and appeal proceedings before the State Office for Inventions and Trademarks, the European Intellectual Property Office or the European Patent Office.
In infringements or counterfeiting proceedings, our attorneys are well trained in defending our clients' IP rights before the courts of competent jurisdiction in Romania or at the European level.
